Hidden Village

I had a singular, specific vision in my mind for this piece. I wanted to create a village that was hidden from the world. A village that was inhabited and, whereabouts strictly known, by those who had lived there for centuries. Although the inhabitants would be primal and basic, in a loose since of the word, they would hold the wherewithal to structure homes, bridges, and safety barriers on the narrow passes scattered throughout the mountain edges.  

The village needed to create a perception of being hidden from the player and to relate a sense of accomplishment once inside the encampment. To isolate this area from the outside world I employed the use of mountain ranges to create a natural barrier that was left unseen from anywhere, with the exception of ariel views. The location and tricky navigation of the hidden passages can only be handed down through village natives. 

I utilized assets from the game Infinity Blade by Epic Games.
